My Leadership Story

I founded NorthStar Executive Advisory after more than two decades of leading nonprofit and healthcare organizations through periods of growth, complexity, and transition. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently been called into moments that matter most—when organizations needed steady leadership, clear decision-making, and the ability to move forward without disruption.

I’ve served in senior executive and director-level roles across nonprofit, healthcare, and behavioral health settings, partnering closely with boards, executive teams, and frontline staff. My work has included stabilizing operations, rebuilding teams, strengthening compliance, and helping organizations align mission with execution.

My leadership style is grounded in calm, clarity, and accountability. I believe organizations perform best when people feel supported, expectations are clear, and leaders are willing to step in—not just advise from the sidelines. I lead with emotional intelligence, transparency, and a deep respect for mission-driven work, while maintaining the operational discipline required for long-term sustainability.
