The initial consultation is a focused, confidential conversation designed to determine whether fractional executive leadership is the right fit for your organization’s current needs.

This is not a sales call. It is a working discussion.

During our conversation, we will explore your organization’s priorities, challenges, and near-term objectives. We’ll discuss where leadership capacity may be stretched, where clarity or momentum is needed, and what outcomes matter most over the next 90 to 180 days.

My role in this conversation is to listen carefully, ask direct and thoughtful questions, and offer perspective grounded in experience leading organizations through growth, transition, and operational complexity. In many cases, the consultation itself provides clarity and direction—even if we do not ultimately work together.

If there is a strong mutual fit, I will outline a recommended engagement approach, including scope, level of involvement, and timing. If fractional or interim support is not the right solution, I will say so. The goal is clarity, not obligation.

Consultations typically last 30–45 minutes and are conducted via phone or video. No preparation is required. All conversations are treated with discretion and respect for your organization, leadership team, and board.
